GRADINGS
In Taekwondo, gradings normally occur once every 3 months, with exact dates being made public in classes, ususally about a month prior. Your instructor will advise you on dates, and whether you are eligible and able to grade. It is at your instructors discresion as to whether or not you can go for your grading.
Gradings at HTKD are assessed by Grand Master Kenny Walton, 9th Dan Black Belt and founding member of the TAGB. As a club we are proud to have maintained a 100% pass rate since we were established in 2016.
COMPETITIONS
At HTKD we love to see our students excel, this includes attending TAGB competitions far and wide. We are the defending Lincolnshire Champions and have been for the last 3 years, and below are just a few examples of competitions in which HTKD members have won medals:

SOCIAL EVENTS
We see great value beyond just the physical side of Taekwondo. We also engage social events including attending the Inflatable 5k and adult social evenings, and we culminate our year with our annual Awards Evening where students are recognised for their efforts.
